I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy, as a means to manage clinical concerns like anxiety and depression or to process relationship struggles and difficulties with self-worth. I also believe that everyone has potential for growth and may simply be missing the tools necessary to reach their potential. I provide a nonjudgmental setting in which individuals can explore the behavioral history as well as current thoughts and feelings that contribute to lack of contentment in effort to improve day-to-day experience.
