Dr. Fellows earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania. While she is grounded in generalist mental health practices, her graduate training emphasized psychological assessment and health psychology. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio. During internship, Dr. Fellows worked with veterans in the center’s primary care clinic as well as in a comprehensive interdisciplinary pain management program. She returned to her hometown of San Antonio, Texas to complete her postdoctoral fellowship at a private practice where she worked with patients across the lifespan. Dr. Fellows also spent time training in and conducting assessments for eligibility for admission to the police academy.
