Hi there! My name is Jennifer Patak, LCSW, and I have been providing direct therapy services to clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues for over 13 years. I received my professional training at the University of Chicago and worked in various hospitals, nonprofits and community mental health agencies. I specialize in women’s specific issues and enjoy the adolescent and young adult population. I am fluent in Spanish, offer evening and weekend appointments and have equine-assisted in person sessions available at my Lake Worth location.
