He is a great coach. I've never done coaching and now I can tell what makes it unique. Working with Josh has been very goal oriented and focused which has been helpful and he keeps me on track in the nicest way, like his delivery and manner feels like a safe space. I've had things I set out to do and in just 2 weeks have accomplished a lot of them.

We not only resolved the serious issue that arose in my life but Josh showed me that he was someone who cared. He really cared. His insights and intuition astounded me. I looked forward to every meeting not just because we were getting closer to my goal but because every time I showed up I knew I had someone in my corner who wanted to help.
