I am a firm believer in thoughts coming to life in our behaviors and thoughts. I specialize in helping people identify thoughts that hinder progress in their lives and help them create a whole new "script" to live an authentic, free life.My work with those on the autism spectrum include advocacy training for families, mental health professionals and educators. The end result is a meaningful day for those with autism.
