I believe clients deserve to be in a safe and trusting space to explore meaningful issues in their lives. Everyone is capable of creating change, and the power of healing is within us. In therapy, we seek to find those powers and develop them to create healthy and positive changes.
I have experienced working in the Middle East and the United States of America and value diversity. My experience includes working with adolescents, families, and adults struggling with adjustment, anxiety, depression, relationship, and racial issues. I utilize interventions from the school of humanistic, post-modern, and cognitive behavior therapy.
