My aim is to help you gain self-understanding and improve self-confidence. Learn how to cope with triggers, manage your emotions, communicate more effectively, and implement boundaries. I bring together both mind and body by using a mix of breathing techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a little humor.
