Many aspects of life can be challenging, and we all struggle at times, but therapy can offer a safe space to work through it. Perhaps you suffer from depression or anxiety, frequent worries or regrets, find yourself navigating stress from relationships, career, or life transitions, or maybe you are striving for a greater sense of personal growth and fulfillment. Therapy can offer a collaborative and meaningful way to develop greater insight and work through emotional barriers, which can ultimately lead to a stronger sense of choice and freedom moving forward. I think every person’s story and style is unique, which is why I prefer an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing and blending different techniques tailored to each client. My approach is also based in a wellness model, valuing that we are all striving to reach our own potential in different ways, with unique strengths and areas for growth.
